Accessibility

Our approach to a more usable workspace, and how to report a barrier.

Last updated: · Version 2026-10-08.2

1. Our approach

We want Clipto to be usable with keyboards, assistive technology and a range of screen sizes. We use WCAG Level AA as a development reference and are introducing automated accessibility checks. This is an improvement goal, not a certification or a claim that every page currently meets every criterion.

2. Get help or report a barrier

Email support@clipto.online if you cannot use a feature or read a page. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, your browser or device, and any assistive technology involved. Describe an alternative format or way to complete the task that would help. Do not include account passwords or payment secrets.

We will review reports and look for a practical way to help. Complex media editors and third-party players may have limitations that need additional work.

3. Ongoing review

Automated checks can identify some problems with labels, contrast and page structure. They do not establish full accessibility. Keyboard navigation, focus in dialogs, screen-reader output, zoom, mobile layouts and media alternatives also need manual review. We aim to improve these as the service evolves.
